And Uriel said, 'The archangels Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel looked down from the holy heaven and saw the quantity of blood that was shed on the earth, and all the unrighteousness that was wrought upon the earth.'

And they said one to another: 'The earth made complaint before the Lord because of all the deeds of the lawless ones.'
And Uriel, who was set over Tartarus, answered and said: 'Archangel Michael, go and make known to Semjaza, and to the others who have united with him, that they shall be bound beneath the hills of the earth.'
And Michael said unto Uriel: 'Go, Uriel, to Azazel, and say to him that he is accursed, and bind him hand and foot, and cast him into the darkness: and make an opening in the desert, which is in Dudael, and cast him therein.'
And his wings shall be stripped and broken, and cast him into the darkness and the abyss, where he shall remain until the day of judgment.'
And to Gabriel said the Lord: 'Proceed against the bastards and the reprobates, and against the children of fornication: and destroy the children of the Watchers from amongst men and cause them to go forth: send them one against the other that they may destroy each other in battle.'
For they have long days and none of their acts of violence shall be alleviated from them.
And the Lord said to Raphael: 'Bind Azazel hand and foot, and cast him into the darkness: and make an opening in the desert, which is in Dudael, and cast him therein.'
'And cover the opening of the desert with dark stones. And feed him there with dark bread, and let him abide there forever till the day of his judgment.'
'And heal the earth which the angels have corrupted, and proclaim the healing of the earth, that they may heal the plague, and that all the children of men may not perish through all the secret things that the Watchers have dislosed and have taught their sons.'
