Chapter 62: The Judgment of the Kings and the Mighty

And I saw the kings and the mighty who ruled upon the earth, and they were brought before the throne of the Son of Man.

And the Son of Man said unto them: 'Ye have ruled in unrighteousness, and have oppressed the righteous, and have shed innocent blood.'

'Ye have built your houses in iniquity, and have stored up treasures of wickedness.'

'Now shall ye be stripped of your power, and shall be cast into the abyss of torment, where ye shall weep eternally.'

And they were taken away by the angels of the chastisement, and cast into the lake of fire, where they cried out in anguish.

And their torment was increased sevenfold, because they had rejected the words of righteousness in their lifetime.
